I don't pretend to be an amazing photographer, and I didn't intentionally set out to take a picture of the same location in all four seasons. It was great to see how the landscape changed over the year. One thing that helped me to realize that there is hope for light returning to the wintry world: we LEFT for my first hike to Wolf Rock after 6:00pm on March 24th. The sun set yesterday, December 29th, at 4:25pm. Three months from now I'll be able to go hiking after dinner. That's an encouraging thought.
So cool! It is encouraging to know that the days are getting longer again... the cycle continues!
