Surprise Snow

According to MPR's Paul Huttner, we were supposed to receive about an inch of snow overnight.  Imagine our surprise when we woke up to find that over 13 inches of fluffy snow had fallen.  Surprise!  Welcome to Lake Effect Snow World!
